We founded Foxi Roxi Hair with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please Note:

  • Foxi Roxi is not liable for any lost or stolen package once signature has been confirmed. 

  • We ship via  USPS Flate Rate packaging materials i.e Flat Rate Envelopes/Flat Rate Medium Boxes.​

Please Note:

​

  • Always examine your package before signing for it.

  • When to refuse your package:

  • Flat Rate Envelope—if the envelope feels completely flat, please refuse the package

  • Flat Rate Medium Box—shake to detect the contents inside; if box seems hollow/empty, please refuse the package.

  • Foxi Roxi Hair will only ship to confirmed addresses.

  • Foxi Roxi Hair ONLY ships on the following business days Tuesday—Friday; all order will process and ship within 48 hrs (Tues—Fri) of order confirmation.

  • Shipping Fees: $20 Flat Rate

  • Foxi Roxi Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN POLICY

​

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from original purchase for a new bundle; no refunds will be issued.

  • All hair sent back for exchange must be unaltered:

No dye

No chemicals

No unravel

No cutting

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, unless Foxi Roxi Hair is at fault.
